Busy Bees

Wow!  What a busy day!

After our 1st BNN News broadcast this morning, we went to the library for orientation.  The kids were very excited to check out 2 books to take home for the week. 

We also got to have our 1st guidance lesson for the year with Mrs. Williams, our school counselor.  Mrs. Williams showed us a story about "warm fuzzys" and gave everyone their very own warm fuzzy to take home and keep.  Ask your first grader what a "warm fuzzy" and a "cold prickly" is.

Everyone got to share their "Me Sack" with the class.  It was fun seeing what everyone brought and we found out we have lots of friends with common interests!

We finished off our day with PE and drawing some science tools in our science journals!

We had a fun and busy day and I hope to see lots of parents tonight at Curriculum Night!
